Hi I’m Sharon Clare,
I’m a Clinical Hypnotherapist with a special interest in the connection between mental and physical health. Many people come to see me because stress, anxiety, or unhelpful habits are affecting their overall sense of well-being—emotionally, physically, or both. I use a modern, evidence-based approach called Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, which supports you to make positive changes without needing to revisit past events.
I’m a registered member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapists (AfSFH), and I’m also certified in the Rewind Technique (sometimes known as the Fast Phobia Cure). In addition to my private work, I volunteer weekly at the Cancer Centre at my local Hospital and write for Brainz Magazine, where I share insights on the connection between mental and physical well-being.
